DISCOVERY: Check out "Didong" video by M-PRO, the future of Kmer Urban Music

Hello guys, so judging from the title of this blog post, you'll realize that i have something amazing to share with you guys. So there's this new kid on the block who has come like a thief in the night and is about to change the Urban Music scene in Kmer.


M-PRO whose real name is Prosper Mbella Enem, is the newest artist at Steven's Music; home to award winning songstress - Daphne. His debut song entitled "Didong" was released on the 8th of November 2016 and it was nothing but amazing.

According to The Hotjem, “Didong” is a social conscious song that addresses a fundamental ill in our society – Police corruption. It is an intensely rhythmic track, characterized by traditional African drums and mixed with the popular trap sounds of today’s hip hop. The end product is an addictive sound with extended grooves, a catchy hook and suitable for any dance floor.

The song which was produced by AnyKindBeats was graced with an amazing video which was released a couple of days back. Directed by Award winning director, Nkeng Stephens with the cartoon done by BBofia, the video features Daphne. Watch the video of the song below:


It is Amazing how young, but also how talented M-PRO is. I believe he is the future of the Urban Music scene here in Cameroon.
