National Day Celebration : Children Marching Under Heavy Rainfall. Is this Wrong or Is It Just Patriotism ??

Today May 20th 2016 is Celebrated all over the Cameroonian Territory as the 44th Edition of the National Day.  According to Wikipedia : "On the 20th of May 1972, in a national referendum Cameroonians voted for a unitary state as opposed to the existing federal state. The United Nations Trust Territory known as French Camerounachieved independence from France on 1 January 1960, and British Southern Cameroons changed status from a Trusteeship under British administration to a federated state within Cameroon on 1 October 1961. The government chose 20 May as Cameroon's National Day to commemorate President Ahmadou Ahidjo's abolishment of the federal system of government in favor of a unitary country in 1972." Well that is the History of Cameroon (For those who didn't know what National day represented), but what caught my attention at this 44th edition was the celebration in Bamenda ( North West Region of Cameroon) where students marched past the "Grand stand" under heavy rains. Now, Here lies my question. Is it the right thing to do ?? Are there no Health risks involved with Marching under the rain?? or Is it just the Love for our Dear Cameroon ?? Anyways, long live the Republic of Cameroon and i am proud to be Cameroonian. Happy National Day people, Let's celebrate and Have fun. Also don't forget to drop your thoughts below :)
